Nicole is an internationally experienced Corporate Trainer for Management and Leadership Development; Certified Executive Coach through Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (California, USA); Accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (Dubai, UAE); Registered assessor for ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management through City & Guilds (United Kingdom) and TEDx Speaker (Muscat, The Sultanate of Oman), Associate trainer for UNITAR (United Institute for Training and Research), Geneva, Switzerland), Associate trainer for Al Jazeera Media Institute/Network, Doha, Qatar.

Nicole is born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. She began her training career in 1997 counselling and up-skilling American youth at the YMCA Camp Thunderbird in Lake Wylie, South Carolina, USA. She also headed up the Acting and Drama Programme focussing on confidence and public performance development. Thereafter she went on to become a Business Development Manager for Clube Praia Da Oura Algarve, Portugal.

She continued gaining international experience when she relocated to Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2009, immediately building knowledge and a better understanding of Middle Eastern markets and multi cultural environments.

Nicole relocated to Muscat, The Sultanate of Oman in 2011 and played an instrumental role in training Omani nationals and expatriates alike towards the sustainable development of the private sector and closing Omanisation gaps within all levels of management and leadership development.

Nicole returned to South Africa in 2019 and is an international training and development coach and business consultant to government and private sector organisations world-wide, not limited to: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iraq, The Sultanate of Oman, Nigeria, Kenya, Switzerland, Russia, The Maldives, Mauritius, The Seychelles, South East Asia and The United States of America.

Her all-encompassing experience in the field of business, organisational psychology and guest speaking in front of audiences world-wide, has been the basis on which her success as a training consultant and executive coach is comprised.
